These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ek4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ek4444 website located at ek4444.ws and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, bonuses, and payment processing.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any bet or wager on the ek4444 platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ek4444 platform.

ek4444 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered account email or in-platform notification and will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register an account with ek4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not restricted for your personal use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from ek4444 or had an account suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an ek4444 employee or contractor.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

ek4444 may, at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by ek4444 may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your account.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ek4444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.

2.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your ek4444 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during peak Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ek4444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

2.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ek4444 are denominated in BDT. ek4444 does not impose currency conversion fees. Any conversion applied by your bank or mobile money provider is beyond ek4444's control and is your sole responsibility.

2.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance. Requesting a withdrawal before a wagering requirement is met may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds. ek4444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering best practices.

ek4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players in Bangladesh, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring or weekly promotion.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Specific bonus terms will always be provided alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A sports bet placed on ek4444 is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your account's "Active Bets" or "Bet History" section. ek4444 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets that exceed the applicable market limits or are placed after the relevant market has been suspended.

4.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events. In-play odds are updated in real time. There may be a brief delay between the live event and the odds displayed on the platform. ek4444 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome of the relevant market has become known, even if the bet was accepted by the system.

4.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sports event is abandoned before the minimum play period required for settlement (as defined by the governing body), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will remain valid. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific event rules.

4.4 Palpable Errors

ek4444 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — commonly known as "palpable errors" or "manifest errors". This includes situations where a technical fault, data feed error, or human error resulted in materially incorrect odds being made available. Where a palpable error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned regardless of whether the bet was subsequently won or lost.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek4444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live table game, or sports betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity related to the manipulation of sporting outcomes on which bets are placed.
• Using the ek4444 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of unlawful origin and subsequently withdrawing them as gaming proceeds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform itself. Any winnings resulting from a known exploit are subject to confiscation.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, access multiple welcome bonuses, or avoid a previous suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, verification, or at any subsequent point.

ek4444 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, ek4444 will take all steps it considers appropriate, including account suspension, balance withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may be required to provide additional documentation before any account action is reversed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek4444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or account access details.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from access to or use of ek4444 services.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.

ek4444's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ek4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ek4444 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect the personal and financial data of its Bangladesh-based players. Account data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ek4444's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures notified to the player at the time the dispute is escalated.

In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to ek4444 customer support via live chat or by writing to the official support email address. ek4444 will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

ek4444 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Records of all bet placements, game outcomes, account transactions, and communications are retained by the platform and may be used as evidence in any formal dispute process.

ek4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, registered players will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least five (5) days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ek4444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

The version of these Terms that applies to any specific bet, transaction, or interaction is the version that was in force at the time that bet, transaction, or interaction occurred, except where amended Terms explicitly apply retrospectively, which they will not do without your prior consent.
